Week 6 Weigh-In - Feb. 23, 2009

Sometimes, keeping your expectations low (realistic) can be a great thing! I had expected that after last week's huge loss, I would be either staying the same weight, or gaining maybe a pound or two, and I was all prepared to be happy with that.

So, I went and weighed-in, and I lost 3 more lbs, for a total of 29 lbs in 6 weeks.

That brings me to 422lbs, and my bmi, which started at 69, is down to 64!

Yay me!!

Good on ya, Chantel! I love the weeks when you lose more than you expected to. It's such a huge boost and keeps the perseverance strong. Keep it up, you're doing amazing.

Congratulations! I agree about having low expectations, I prefer to have no expectations, and try not to expect a loss or a gain, because I hate being disappointed. You are doing so well, keep up the great work! :D
