Word to the wise...

Be good to your knees. You really, really need them for everything, and when they hurt, it makes your whole life a lot more difficult.

And I'm saying this from experience. *wince*

I understand and feel bad for you!

I gained a greater appreciation for them when I tore my ACL two years ago. I now work really hard at keeping the muscles around them strong and I am trying to take more weight off of them.
