Back on Plan... Kind of

Well, I had the best of intentions for yesterday, and we know what that means...

I stopped tracking at about 3pm. *facepalm*

But, I'm trying again today. I'm feeling a lot better, emotionally and physically today, so I'm hoping that'll lead to better outcomes.

I'm trying to be OP too, but right now I don't feel like it.

My losses have been tiny the last couple of weeks and that's frustrating. :(

I try to stay on track, like a Mountie in a blizzard, in the Yukon. Especially when it's hard. Might not make real progress, but at least won't go too far backwards.
Please try to trudge on through until something changes! You might be glad you endured!
