Blargh blargh blargh

This is hard, dammit.

I got an e-mail from an old acquaintance today, saying that she had read my blog... And I said that I was struggling, and that was why I hadn't blogged in a while.

Do you guys want to hear about my being human? About the not-so-inspirational stuff? About me having a hard time tracking beyond a couple of days in a row? About the disgust I saw when looking at a recent picture of myself (albeit in a not-very-flattering outfit)?

I want to do WELL at this, for eff's sake! I want to be HEALTHY!

On a side note, I should have the results of my MRI by the end of the week...

Yes, it IS hard. I've always found it SO hard. Just blog when you feel it; you're doing it for yourself anyways, right?

Yes. Blog. Otherwise it leaves us to imagine the worst. I worry about you when you don't post, because I know how I'm usually feeling when I don't post.

Even if it's just one thing you did each day (or every few days) to make healthier choices.

Being healthy is not just about the losing weight & blogging about the good times. Its about fighting through all the sucky times and knowing that what your going through may leave you feeling so horrible and like you can't even believe your feeling that way - but knowing someone out there actually feels that way too.

However, this is your blog. The best part about blogging is that you get to use as it works for you. Do that - make this blog work for you lady!

It's ok to have some crappy days and some REALLY crappy days. Blog about them if you feel comfortable with it and want the support! We've all been there, we're all gonna be there again (hopefully for not too long!), so it's great to have people to lean on in those weak moments. Let me know if you need a kick in the butt! The blogging also helps some people stay accountable... hang in there! You will do this, you've already accomplished a lot, so you've proved you can do it!

When I have a really, really, really bad day, I blog it on out. Sometimes it helps to know that other bloggers are real people, just like me!
Sometimes we feel great, sometimes - meh! Sometimes we stick the landing and nail the goals....sometimes we miss completely!
...So...yeah! It's all good!

Absolutely, I want to hear that stuff. It helps me to get through my own periods of down time, knowing I'm not alone in my thoughts.

THIS is why I moved my blog and didn't tell anyone in my real life.

I don't think your journey would be as inspiration if there weren't true struggles along the way.
