One quick note.

Just something I want to say...

ARGH!!!

ALL THE PANTS THAT USED TO LOOK GOOD MAKE ME LOOK LIKE AN UNKEMPT FAT PERSON WHOSE CLOTHES ARE TOO TIGHT!!! :(

You can tell I'm back on a diet when...

- My snacks start being fruits and veggies.

- When I have a timbit instead of a donut.

- When I start stocking up on Granola bars and Tuna salad with crackers things at work, just in case.

- When disposable water bottles start stacking up on my desk.

- When I'm calculating the points for a mini-cupcake (What? I had some left over! 4 for 1, 6 for 2.)

- When I start thinking about how much cheese I'm actually eating in a serving.

Starting again. Again. :)

Annnnnnnnnnd... Once again, I'm tracking.

I gained about 30 lbs in the last 9 months. CRAZY things!

But I'm back on. My goal atm is to be under 350 lbs again by the end of the year.

My knee is still pretty sore, but feeling more stable, which is nice!

And that is the end of this short, dry post. ♥

Needed to vent...

Firstly... Hi there!

Secondly... My knee seems to be healing up well... I'm looking forward to getting back on track in the next couple of weeks. I might not be able to do much more than walk, but I'm going to do what I can!

Thirdly... I'm having a bit of a "I hate people" day. I think that the subject of "Fat people on airplanes" should never be brought up. Ever.

WE'RE ALL UNCOMFORTABLE, PEOPLE! Airplanes are designed to pack as MANY people in per square foot as possible.

Yeah, I'm sorry that I'm fat. I'm working on that, but I can't lose all the fat in 10 minutes. Or 10 days. Not even 10 months. Yup, come back to me after a year of weight loss, and I'll STILL be overweight.

F*** You for deciding that your rights are more important than mine. I still have every right to fly, and no, I can't afford a second ticket. Live with it.

God, I hope you never have any problems that inconvenience other people, really.

Where have you been, Chantel?!

Where have I been? Mostly in the same place, on my duff. Not dieting.

Losing my ability to do much exercise has REALLY thrown me for a weight loss loop. As in... Looping back up. I loved belly-dancing. I loved Yoga.

I have been SO frustrated with my knee.

So, what made me think that I should come back to my blog?

Tomorrow, I'm having KNEE SURGERY!! So far, it's going to be just a minor stuff - taking out some torn cartilege and possibly mending my torn meniscus, but they're also going to look at whether or not I need an ACL reconstruction.
