Happy WI!

Firstly... TGIF!

I have had one helluva long week, and the frustrations were definitely added to by the lovely...

SNOW!

the last couple of days.

This is a view of what was happening downtown today, in Whitehorse. It's only September 23rd!!! What the &^*%?!?!

Edit: Okay, apparently it's connected to the live webcam... When I grabbed the pic, it was daytime, and very snowy... 

Ooh... Deep, calming breaths...

Anywho, the REAL reason I'm posting...

I'm taking a slightly different approach to the tracking thing... Every weekday, I will be perfectly on my daily points. And then on the weekends, I will still eat reasonably, but I won't be tracking. We'll see how this ends up working, and if it doesn't, I'll be happy to go back on the plan as it's meant to be.

But week 1 of this plan?

DOWN 5 LBS!!!

I'm now down to 371.7 lbs, which means I'm 79.3 lbs lost from where I started out. Only 20.7 lbs to go until 100 lbs again!!!

I hope everyone is feeling as well today as I am. :D

Man, I LOVE Fridays!!

Yay for WI day!

I know I won't be saying that every week, but I plan on basking today!

I'm down another 4.5 lbs this week, bringing my 2 week total to 8.3 lbs lost!

I'm really proud of myself right now. I've had a SUPER stressful week at work, and the old me would combat the stress with food. Now, I'm working hard, and working through the stress, gettin' it done.

My knee is healing nicely, I think. It's WAY more stable than before, although still pretty sore in a couple of places. I'm going to have a couple of little scars, but at least they didn't have to open it up! I'd love to be able to get back into yoga soon, which I've missed.

Onwards and Downwards!

It's good to be back!

Let's just cut to the chase:

Down 3.8 lbs in 4 days. Yay!

And now that I'm onto a full week, I can finally use my weekly points!

It was so good to see the number on the scale. It's good to be heading down again.

And I'm feeling good!

I've now made cupcakes TWICE this week, and I'm still on plan.

I even made Rainbow Chard yesterday, which was delicious! And GORGEOUS stuff!!




I always forget how good HEALTHY food is. (Okay, granted, there may have been some pancetta involved, but the chard was delicious too!!)

Also, I forgot how much I love blogging. Hopefully, I'll really get back into the swing of things, and post something interesting, or thought provoking, or hilarious.

But for now:
