Scallop stir-fry for supper tonight. Was going to be shrimp, but small frozen scallops were on sale. I figure that with the sauce and such, it probably won't make a huge difference.
And soon, I am going to be experimenting with some kind of quinoa/coconut milk breakfast porridge something-or-other... Stay tuned!
